STANY
Raised in an environment deeply influenced by music, Stany spent much of his time with his uncle Justin Berkmann, founder of Ministry of Sound in London. With raves in his heart and music in his veins, he has lived countless experiences on dancefloors around the world — blending his passion for sound with a strong desire to play and produce electronic music.
Since 2006, he has been deeply inspired by leading figures of the Italian House movement such as Claudio Coccoluto, Fabrice, Ricky Montanari, Enrico Mantini, and Key Tronics Ensemble, as well as by international pioneers like Tony Humphries, Bert Bevans, Little Louie Vega, Kenny Dope, and David Morales.
His years in London further enriched his musical background, bringing him into contact with the UK underground scene and introducing him to new genres such as Electro, Synth Pop, EBM, New Beat, and Future Jazz.
In 2010, he became part of the White Jail project, collaborating with internationally renowned DJs such as Boo Williams, Soul Capsule, Glenn Underground, Egal 3, Rio Padice, Massimo Di Lena, and many others.
After more than ten years of events, raves, and performances across London, in February 2020 Stany decided to return to his roots and move back to Naples.
There, he began a new journey with the Vesuvius Soul Records crew — a place that represents far more than just a record store. It’s a space where freedom of expression and passion for music form the foundation. A place where he shares emotions and feelings with his community, free from judgment, with the goal of growing together — both personally and musically.
